Refund Policy
All course purchases made through BeyondUni are non refundable. Please review the course details carefully before completing your purchase.
1. All Purchases Are Non-Refundable
All BeyondUni course purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
2. Review Before Purchase
Please review the course title, description, curriculum, pricing and other available information carefully before making payment.
3. Digital Course Access
Our courses are digital learning products. Once access is provided to the purchased course or learning content, no refund will be issued.
4. Change of Mind
A refund will not be provided because a learner changes their mind, no longer wishes to continue, or decides that they no longer need the course.
5. Failure to Complete a Course
Not starting, attending, progressing through or completing a course does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.
6. Course Expectations
Learners should read the available course information before purchasing. Personal expectations or preferences do not create a right to a refund.
7. Discounts and Coupon Purchases
Courses purchased using a discount, promotional offer, referral coupon or other coupon code remain subject to this non-refundable policy.
8. Duplicate or Payment Issues
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or there is a genuine billing error, contact BeyondUni so the payment issue can be reviewed.
9. Technical or Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a course you purchased, contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the access or technical issue.
10. Live Classes
Where a course includes live classes, missed attendance or inability to attend a scheduled class does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
11. Course Schedule Changes
BeyondUni may reasonably change class schedules, instructors, lesson order or delivery arrangements when necessary. Such changes do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
12. Third-Party Services
Issues relating solely to a learner’s device, internet connection, browser or independent third-party service do not make a BeyondUni course purchase refundable.
13. Course Updates
Course materials may be updated, improved, replaced or reorganised over time. Such updates do not make an existing purchase refundable.
14. Certificates
Eligibility for, timing of, or failure to obtain a course certificate does not create a refund entitlement unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. Referral Purchases
Purchases made using a referral coupon are also non-refundable and are governed by the same refund rules as other course purchases.
16. Incorrect Course Selection
Please confirm that you are purchasing the intended course before payment. Selecting the wrong course does not automatically qualify for a refund.
17. Account Responsibility
Learners are responsible for maintaining access to their account credentials and for providing accurate information when purchasing and using BeyondUni services.
18. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
